The Texas Apprenticeship Discovery Series brings together employers, education leaders, workforce boards, chambers, community partners, and state/local leaders to better understand how apprenticeship and work-based learning can grow across Texas.
Through regional convenings and ecosystem conversations, this series will identify local assets, barriers, opportunities, and partnership models that can help more Texans access high-quality career pathways — and help employers build the talent they need.

About the Series
The Texas Apprenticeship Discovery Series is a statewide listening and learning effort focused on expanding apprenticeship, work-based learning, and skills-first talent strategies across Texas.
Each regional convening is designed to surface:

What’s already working
Barriers related to awareness, funding, coordination, employer engagement, policy, or capacity.
What’s getting in the way
Opportunities for stronger regional alignment, new pilots, shared infrastructure, and scalable solutions.
